Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams and monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Manage assigned SaaS accounts, build relationships with key stakeholders, ensure product adoption, drive renewals and retention, coordinate cross-functional delivery, handle escalations, and support client communications and invoicing processes.

Lead regional market research across MENA/GCC to identify product gaps, regulatory constraints, partner ecosystems, and demand. Convert insights into partnerships, product strategy, and GTM plans. Manage partner identification, onboarding, enablement, and relationship management. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership to shape offerings and lead regional go-to-market execution.

Support sales by positioning products, demoing solutions, mapping client requirements to Signzy offerings, creating proposals and pitch decks, performing business analysis and scoping, coordinating with product/project teams, managing client expectations, and handing off to delivery post-signoff. Train sales on product, compliance and technology for assigned use-cases.

Manage named US accounts to drive renewal, retention and usage of Signzy's SaaS products. Build stakeholder relationships, generate leads, coordinate cross-functional delivery, run marketing communications, track account metrics, and handle escalations and invoicing requirements.
