Act as primary systems contact for traders, troubleshoot and resolve production issues, deploy and scale trading infrastructure, run UAT and production updates, work with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana), coordinate with vendors/exchanges, and propose improvements to trading tools and workflows.

Operate and support an enterprise AI search platform on GCP: manage connectors, troubleshoot APIs/authentication/GCP issues, handle onboarding/access/credential rotation, support AI agent governance, perform incident management and RCA per ITIL, validate APIs with Postman/curl/OAuth, monitor logs in Microsoft Sentinel, and produce operational dashboards and MBR reports.

Provide presales technical leadership for enterprise networking solutions (AIOps, Campus, SASE, Data Center, Routing). Design architectures, deliver demos/workshops, support RFPs/RFIs and POCs, partner with sales, mentor juniors, and drive customer network transformations.

The role involves providing pre-sales and post-sales support for semiconductor testing, including project delivery, customer consultation, and technical training.

Engineer and own Azure Virtual Desktop platform at scale: design, deploy, and optimize AVD architecture, golden images, networking, Intune policies, automation (PowerShell/Bicep/Terraform), monitoring (Log Analytics/Power BI), security (Entra ID/Conditional Access), and documentation. Provide incident support, mentor teams, and drive reliability, performance, and lifecycle management for large enterprise environments.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Java Spring Boot backend microservices integrated with blockchain/Web3 infrastructure. Develop REST APIs, event-driven systems (Kafka/JMS), SQL/NoSQL data stores, and containerized cloud deployments (Kubernetes). Ensure performance, security, and reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
