The HR Generalist will manage the employee lifecycle, oversee HR operations, coordinate recruitment and employee engagement, and support policy governance.

Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, AI/ML, product, and platform roles in India. Partner with engineering leadership to source, screen, interview, and hire top technical talent; manage onboarding, employee experience, HR operations, compliance with Indian labor laws, performance support, and recruiting processes. Build interview frameworks, scorecards, employer brand, talent pipelines, and hiring metrics to scale the engineering organization.

The HR Generalist manages recruitment, onboarding, staff relations, benefits, performance management, compliance, and HRIS, ensuring organizational effectiveness in staffing.

Provide end-to-end HR operational support including recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs, employee relations, L&D and performance support, HRIS reporting, compliance (Indian labour laws, ISO 27001), vendor and office administration, and regional HR coordination for India and select international locations.

Act as trusted HR advisor to assigned business: drive employee engagement, performance management, talent management, compensation processes, grievance resolution, HR metrics analysis, and partner with CoEs to implement HR solutions and change initiatives.

Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee data, HRIS maintenance, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR reporting. Streamline processes, lead HR projects and change initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide subject-matter expertise to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
