The HR Generalist will handle recruitment, onboarding, training, employee management, payroll inputs, and exit management while supporting HR initiatives and compliance at the Taloja manufacturing site.

Provide end-to-end HR operational support including recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs, employee relations, L&D and performance support, HRIS reporting, compliance (Indian labour laws, ISO 27001), vendor and office administration, and regional HR coordination for India and select international locations.

Serve as HR business partner for assigned unit: consult with management, implement HR programs across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance, compensation, benefits, training, and compliance; lead projects and analyze HR processes to recommend improvements.

The HR Generalist will manage the employee lifecycle, oversee HR operations, coordinate recruitment and employee engagement, and support policy governance.
