Partners with business leaders across India and surrounding regions to develop people strategies, advise on organizational design and workforce planning, support succession and talent management, lead change initiatives, coach leaders, manage employee relations, and apply consistent HR practices across business units and countries.

Manage end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee records, lifecycle processes, grievances, and engagement. The role coordinates with employees, managers, vendors, and payroll teams; maintains HR documentation and reports; supports PF, ESIC, NATS, benefits enrollment, attendance, exits, settlements, and HRMS updates.

Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, exits, records, HR queries, benefits, compliance, reporting, and employee relations documentation. Coordinate with payroll, finance, IT, facilities, vendors, HR business partners, and centers of excellence. Support HR projects, process improvements, policy implementation, and HR systems while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and strong stakeholder communication.

The HR Generalist will handle recruitment, onboarding, training, employee management, payroll inputs, and exit management while supporting HR initiatives and compliance at the Taloja manufacturing site.

The HR Generalist will manage the employee lifecycle, oversee HR operations, coordinate recruitment and employee engagement, and support policy governance.

Serve as primary HR partner for APAC, supporting full employee lifecycle, compliance with local labor laws, HRIS and payroll coordination, recruitment, performance cycles, employee relations, reporting HR metrics, and regional engagement initiatives.
