The HR Generalist will manage the employee lifecycle, oversee HR operations, coordinate recruitment and employee engagement, and support policy governance.

Serve as primary HR partner for APAC, supporting full employee lifecycle, compliance with local labor laws, HRIS and payroll coordination, recruitment, performance cycles, employee relations, reporting HR metrics, and regional engagement initiatives.

The HR Generalist will handle recruitment, onboarding, training, employee management, payroll inputs, and exit management while supporting HR initiatives and compliance at the Taloja manufacturing site.
