- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Work Experience: Minimum 3-4 years
- Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position: Proficiency on MS Excel , MS PPT Prior experience in business partnering / managing communications/ employee engagement etc. Must have managed HR processes for organizations with 200+ employees

Roles & Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Partner across business units to support on people related issues
- Manage all HR communications to the business to drive meaningful messaging tailored for the audience
- Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department to track key metrics to indicate health of the organization
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Manage the budget allocations, department spends and track expenses to ensure accurate reporting of HR budget with the finance team
- Support the HR Head on presentations, data analysis and insighting on a regular basis
Employee Engagement Initiatives:
- Partner with businesses to understand employee needs and design employee engagement programs to foster a sense of belonging and motivation.
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and activities to strengthen team camaraderie.
- Regularly assess employee sentiment through surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms, ensuring actionable follow-ups.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Develop and sustain initiatives to enhance the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
- Create memorable onboarding experiences to ensure smooth assimilation into the organization.
- Partner with leadership to recognize milestones, achievements, and contributions.
