Role Overview
We’re seeking a driven Hunting Sales Manager to acquire new BFSI clients and outpace
competition. The role demands aggression, resilience, and a strong closure mindset to
consistently win deals in a highly competitive market.
Responsibilities
● Hunt and acquire new BFSI clients (Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, Insurance).
● Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure.
● Position Signzy against competitors with sharp differentiation.
● Build CXO-level connections and strong client relationships.
● Collaborate with internal teams.
Ideal Candidate
● 4–6 years of pure B2B sales (BFSI preferred).
● Aggressive, ambitious, and target-driven.
● Strong communication & consultative selling skills.
● Proven record of exceeding targets.
Based in Delhi/Gurgaon (Noida- only if willing to relocate to Delhi/Gurgaon).
