Create and execute branded visual designs for social media, websites, email campaigns, illustrations, and other marketing materials. Maintain Fynd’s visual identity, collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams, manage multiple deadlines, perform quality checks, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and use generative AI tools to produce consistent, production-ready creative work.

Lead AI-native product development and product-led growth initiatives across retail and commerce platforms. Responsibilities include launching AI features, translating ML capabilities into intuitive experiences, managing model deployments and API integrations, owning product execution from discovery through iteration, defining KPIs, analyzing funnels and cohorts, conducting A/B tests, and coordinating engineering, ML, product, and business stakeholders.

Lead marketplace growth across Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa, and other channels. Own seller performance, GMV, margins, returns, visibility, catalog quality, promotions, onboarding, inventory synchronization, and operational excellence. Drive adoption of Fynd’s commerce, omnichannel, marketing, AI/ML, logistics, and fulfillment solutions through upselling and cross-selling. Build marketplace partnerships, collaborate with product and engineering, and lead teams across account management, operations, and analytics.

Own post-sale relationships for enterprise retail accounts, including onboarding, adoption, operational and business reviews, escalations, renewals, and expansion. Translate client needs into product and engineering requirements, drive issues to resolution, build data-led adoption reporting, and use AI for analysis, automation, and client materials. Travel to client sites across the region for go-lives, reviews, and relationship building.

Supports acquisition, retention, and activation initiatives through market research, competitor analysis, growth metric reporting, campaign tracking, and cross-functional experimentation. The intern will propose and test growth channels, coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams, and own small projects under guidance. This is a 3–4 month, Mumbai-based internship requiring analytical thinking, communication skills, initiative, and five days per week in the office.

Manage enterprise customer accounts, onboarding, implementation, product adoption, retention, and expansion. Serve as the primary customer contact, resolve issues, deliver product training, communicate requirements internally, and coordinate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and delivery teams. Track KPIs, prepare reports and forecasts, provide consultative solutions, maintain best practices, and advocate for customer needs throughout the lifecycle.

Leads day-to-day e-commerce operations across stores, logistics, customer support, and technology teams. Manages operations staff, monitors SLAs and performance metrics, resolves escalations, improves processes, develops SOPs, and coordinates technology enhancements. Ensures service quality and customer experience while driving automation, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Provide technical product support by monitoring applications, diagnosing production issues, analyzing logs, resolving customer escalations, and meeting SLAs. Document troubleshooting in an AI-searchable knowledge base, perform code fixes and health checks, automate reporting and maintenance, and develop monitoring and anomaly detection. Partner with developers, product, and business teams to improve products, implement AI-assisted support workflows, and train customers during onboarding and ongoing use.
