Drive sales and revenue operations by managing forecasts, deals, pricing, agreements, sales-to-finance handoffs, billing data, and process compliance. Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights, reports, and governance information to leadership and cross-functional teams. Ensure accurate data, timely payments, and consistent sales processes while supporting finance and sales teams.

What will you do at Fynd?
- Drive Sales and Revenue Operations for Sales team
- Ensure Tracking and Management of Sales Forecast and Deals
- Manage agreement compliance, Price Book for products and deals
- Manage the Sales to Finance Handover and ensure timely payments for Sales deals closure
- Drive the process and rule book for sales and ensure consistency and accuracy of data
- Provide Data to Finance on Billing and Invoicing
- Analyse and Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to improve and optimize sales
- Provide reports and data across teams and leadership to drive governance of Sales Operations
Some specific requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 Years of prior experience in sales operations and (or) finance
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and communication skills.
- Individual who can be the authority to ensure sales teams and finance teams comply to processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must have), Database and SQL (Nice to have)
- Ability to understand legal terms and agreements.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
