Responsibilities span ideation, scripting, filming, editing, publishing, cross-channel repurposing, and performance analysis. The role collaborates with Product, Sales, Marketing, Design, and Customer Success teams to simplify complex commerce solutions and optimize content using audience insights and emerging creator formats.

Own end-to-end deployment of Fynd ERP, including discovery, architecture, configuration, migration, integrations, testing, go-live, and hypercare. Architect coexistence and data integrations with SAP ECC/S4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics 365, define system-of-record boundaries, and advise customer ERP teams. Own the company’s YouTube growth end to end by planning, producing, editing, and optimizing video content.
