Define API requirements, prioritize features, manage technical specifications, coordinate engineering and design delivery, and drive adoption. Manage integration partners, communicate roadmap updates, monitor partner performance, and resolve risks. The role requires strong integration and systems architecture knowledge, product management experience, technical communication, partnership management, and change management skills.

What will you do at Fynd?
Integration Strategy:
- Develop a holistic integration strategy for Konnect, focusing on seamless integration with marketplace, ERP, POS, and WMS systems.
- Identify key API requirements and facilitate smooth data flow between systems.
- Drive change management processes to ensure successful adoption of new integrations.
- Collaborate closely with partners to understand their needs and manage integration timelines effectively.
Product Development:
- Define clear product requirements and prioritize features based on market demand and partner feedback.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure timely delivery of product enhancements and changes, meeting defined scope and quality standards.
Partnership Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with integration partners, fostering collaboration and alignment on product roadmap.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and feedback, advocating for their needs within the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize partner performance to drive mutual success.
Communication:
- Communicate product updates and roadmap changes to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide regular updates on integration progress, highlighting achievements and addressing any challenges or risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on integration goals and priorities.
Some Specific Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on API-driven integrations.
- Strong technical expertise, with a deep understanding of integration principles and systems architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing partnerships and driving successful integrations.
- Experience in change management and driving adoption of new technologies or processes.
