Maintains the founder’s commitments and helps coordinate review meetings and projects while handling confidential information.

Coordinate end-to-end project execution across stakeholders, partners, institutions, leadership, and vendors. Track progress, manage touchpoints, prepare execution reports, document meetings, translate discussions into actionable plans, resolve challenges, gather insights, and support cross-functional decision-making.

Support the founder through market research, concise briefs, review preparation, action tracking, dashboard maintenance, stakeholder follow-ups, meeting preparation, and clear written communications. The role requires proactive execution, strong follow-through, sound judgment, organization, written English, and basic Excel skills.
