Provides high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to senior executives. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, meeting and board coordination, executive correspondence, action-item tracking, stakeholder communication, strategic initiative follow-up, confidential information management, expense processing, procurement coordination, and executive-office process improvement.

Manage regulatory compliance, surveillance, enforcement, RBI filings, audits, inspections, policies, and periodic compliance reviews for ecosystem partners. Manage and grow strategic relationships with issuing and acquiring banks for NPCI digital payment products and RuPay credit cards. Own growth targets, go-to-market strategies, commercial deals, incentive programs, partner integrations, and product adoption. Engage senior stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional execution, track performance and revenue, analyze portfolio data, resolve escalations, and support payment product launches while ensuring regulatory and operational alignment.

Support product design and solutioning for UPI cross-border payment initiatives. Coordinate technology, internal engineering, operations, and project delivery teams; track tasks, SLAs, and API performance; provide project updates; participate in Scrum ceremonies; and monitor market trends to improve core payment products.

Leads product strategy, roadmap execution, lifecycle management, market and competitor analysis, customer experience improvements, requirements development, prototyping, and product launches. Partners with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver products, identify growth opportunities, analyze customer and business data, and communicate recommendations to executives.

Lead end-to-end market research and insights projects, including research design, agency coordination, fieldwork oversight, quality control, data interpretation, stakeholder presentations, and budget management. Translate research findings into actionable business recommendations. Develop repeatable AI-assisted workflows for qualitative coding, thematic analysis, secondary research, report drafting, and data cleaning while maintaining confidentiality, output integrity, and team adoption.

Supports entity-level FP&A, including annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cost allocation, variance analysis, and management reporting. Owns monthly P&L accuracy, facilitates budget movements and transaction clearances, and partners with stakeholders on financial decisions. The role also drives process improvements, reporting automation, dashboard development, ERP reporting, and AI-enabled forecasting and financial commentary.

Lead international payment solution deployments for RuPay International, focusing on card issuing, acceptance, cross-border payment flows, FX, settlement, reconciliation, and API integrations. Engage issuers, processors, networks, central banks, and fintech partners; define architectures, implementation plans, testing strategies, and documentation. Coordinate product, technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams to manage dependencies and deliver market launches. Support new corridor expansion, partner onboarding, regulatory compliance, UAT, certification, and go-live execution.

Manage end-to-end relationships with NBBL TSP partners as the primary contact. Lead onboarding, integrations, and operational improvements; identify business opportunities; collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk teams to resolve issues; monitor partner KPIs; present insights; and ensure compliance with NBBL and RBI guidelines.
