Product Development  Draft and closure of complex, win-win partner agreements  Manage the day-to-day relationships with internal & external partners  Ensure standardizations of processes, documentation and creating product value proposition.  Product Design and Customization to cater to diverse markets  Product Portfolio Management –identifying areas of improvement, Ownership for driving overall product P&L and optimization of the P&L by controlling costs and improving product margin. Analysis/Insights  Research and Assessment on country specific Retail Payments Industry  Competitor Profiling -assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of current and potential competitors.  Develop business cases, taking into strategy, financial & business analysis and synergies  Identify need for, procure and manage outside knowledge on as needed basis  Obtaining necessary Regulatory and Board approvals  Assist in drafting of Operating Rules and Regulations for upcoming Network arrangements in respective geography  Setting up SLA’s between internal stakeholders with respect to various aspects of the product.  Interdepartmental liasoning of Risk & Compliance, Central Operations, Channel and Business teams for driving product efficiently Key skills and experience required  A self-starter with an ability to zoom-in to work in the details & manage at a high level simultaneously  Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive About NIPL NIPL is building huge acceptance network for RuPay and UPI which will help Indian travelers pay with these payment channels in destination country of travel.
