Lead the end-to-end development of UPI cross-border remittance products, including roadmap planning, competitive propositions, BRDs, operational processes, regulatory compliance, and project execution. Coordinate with technology, compliance, risk, operations, finance, and business teams to manage releases and UAT. Support audits, governance, fraud controls, process improvement, revenue growth, cost optimization, and customer experience enhancements.
• Lead end-to-end planning, design, and implementation of UPI Cross-Border Remittance products
• Define and execute product roadmap aligned with global expansion strategy
• Develop competitive propositions for Foreign Inward & Outward P2P Remittances
• Prepare Concept Notes, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and define operational processes
• Ensure compliance with applicable FEMA and RBI regulations like LRS, RDA, MTSS, and Wire Transfer
• Collaborate with Technology, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Business teams
• Manage project execution including planning, releases, and UAT
• Support audits, governance, fraud controls, and continuous process improvement
• Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and enhanced customer experience
