Manage relationships with banks, payment aggregators, payment service providers, and enterprise merchant acquirers to expand NPCI payment product adoption. Drive merchant acceptance, activation, compliance, partner enablement, testing, certification, pilots, and production readiness. Support new payment capabilities, recurring payments, device integrations, and enterprise solutions. Use AI-enabled analytics to monitor acceptance, identify gaps, prioritize interventions, improve partner effectiveness, and develop adoption-focused use cases.
The role is responsible for managing and
strengthening relationships with Acquiring Entities (Banks, Payment
Aggregators, Payment Service Providers, and Enterprise Merchant Acquirers) to
drive the adoption, compliance, and enablement of NPCI payment products across
the merchant ecosystem.
- Drive end-to-end merchant acceptance of NPCI
payment products through acquiring partners.
- Improve penetration and activation of payment
products across online and offline merchants via Acquiring Entities.
- Ensure acquiring partners adhere to NPCI
operating guidelines, ecosystem standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to
improve acceptance monitoring, identify patterns and gaps, prioritize
interventions, and improve the efficiency and quality of partner engagement.
- Support the rollout of new payment capabilities,
merchant use cases, and ecosystem enhancements.
- Partner with acquiring entities to enable new
NPCI products, features, and merchant-side capabilities.
- Support rollout of enhanced acceptance
experiences, recurring payment capabilities, merchant device integrations, and
enterprise payment solutions.
- Facilitate testing, certification coordination,
pilot execution, and production readiness activities.
- Identify and develop AI-enabled use cases that
improve product adoption, merchant acceptance and partner effectiveness
- Building and maintaining AI proficiency to
effectively use AI-enabled tools for analytics, decision support, productivity
and ecosystem problem-solving, while applying appropriate human judgment.
Requirements
- Graduate in Management, Engineering, Finance, or
related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
