Job details Job Title: Sr. Associate / Lead - Business Development Division: Business Development Years of Experience: 4yrs+ Education: Graduation (preferably BE/B.Tech) or Professional degrees like MBA or equivalent Full-time Location: Mumbai Permanent Role Key responsibilities 1. Driving relationship management for existing set of partners (banks, fintech, etc.) participating in the Fx category, ensuring smooth business functioning across partners. 2. Delivering Fx volume, revenue, penetration and growth targets for the identified and assigned partners. 3. Identifying business expansion and growth opportunities across product categories. 4. Drive activation of front-end channels for FX transactions, working with their product and BD teams to embed FX-Retail journeys into high-traffic in-app flows.. 5. Managing and growing business in collaboration with internal constituents as well as external stakeholders to create and execute a go-to-market approach, marketing plans, collaterals, media, plan, campaigns and promotions, pricing and service delivery models for both existing and new products. 6. Develop and execute co-branded GTM plans with partner banks and TPAPs including co-marketing campaigns, in-app placement drives, customer awareness initiatives, and segment-specific outreach 7. Product enhancement implementation across existing set of partners to ensure business growth of the channel. 8. Liaising with other cross-functional teams like Business, Product, tech, marketing, compliance etc. to ensure that delivery on required customizations by sizing up the opportunity. 9. Facilitating seamless OU onboarding in case of new opportunity. 10. Conduct partner training program, panel discussion, Reward & Recognition program and similar events for partner engagement. 11. Responsible for development and management of NBBL brand and brand positioning strategies. 12. Responsible for timely and effective communication with the customers, partners and stakeholders. 13. Ensuring compliance as per regulatory guidelines. Key skills and experience required • Prior experience in Forex, Trade Finance or Cross Border Payments at bank, fintech or payment networks • Understanding of LRS (Liberalised Remittance Scheme), A2/A1 Category transactions, FEMA • Enterprise sales / Channel management / Relationship Mgt • CXO / Leadership engagement capabilities • Financial products & tech knowledge • Good in building external / internal / cross functional relationship towards growth objective • Problem solver & strategic thinker • Data Driven & service oriented • Proactive, self-driven and persistent • Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement. • Ready to walk the extra mile
