Lead AI-native product development and product-led growth initiatives across retail and commerce platforms. Responsibilities include launching AI features, translating ML capabilities into intuitive experiences, managing model deployments and API integrations, owning product execution from discovery through iteration, defining KPIs, analyzing funnels and cohorts, conducting A/B tests, and coordinating engineering, ML, product, and business stakeholders.

Own platform initiatives end to end, translating business goals into technical execution plans, managing dependencies and trade-offs, driving channel adoption, and measuring outcomes. Partner across engineering, product, and business teams while using data and AI tools to make decisions. The role requires technical fluency in APIs, SQL, retrieval, evaluation, tokens, latency, and cost trade-offs, plus experience delivering SaaS, platform, or e-commerce technology.
