Lead the end-to-end development of UPI cross-border remittance products, including roadmap planning, competitive propositions, BRDs, operational processes, regulatory compliance, and project execution. Coordinate with technology, compliance, risk, operations, finance, and business teams to manage releases and UAT. Support audits, governance, fraud controls, process improvement, revenue growth, cost optimization, and customer experience enhancements.

Manage day-to-day UPI and RuPay clearing and settlement operations, including international partner payments. Monitor transaction performance, investigate declines, coordinate with banks, TPAPs, and partners, maintain payment systems, ensure regulatory compliance, develop analytics and reports, and optimize transaction, customer, and merchant acquisition.

Supports IT procurement for software development and staff augmentation engagements. Responsibilities include reviewing procurement requests, defining scopes, managing RFPs and vendor quotations, conducting technical and commercial evaluations, benchmarking prices, facilitating auctions, coordinating contracts and purchase orders, ensuring policy and audit compliance, tracking turnaround times, preparing reports, and managing vendor and internal stakeholder communication.

Independently manage technical implementation of UPI and card payment solutions for global clients and partners. Responsibilities include infrastructure assessment across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments; application and infrastructure security review; API testing, log analysis, and debugging; technical specification and API documentation; client communication; solution design explanation; and basic technical project management supporting cross-channel solutions and market rollouts.

Leads analytics for payment products including RuPay, UPI, Acceptance, and NETC. Builds governed data assets, dashboards, segmentation frameworks, propensity and attrition models, pricing analyses, and test-and-learn measurement. Translates portfolio insights into actions that improve growth, retention, profitability, offers, benefits, and customer engagement. Partners with product, growth, commercial, risk, issuer, and acquirer teams.

Leads governance, compliance, audit, regulatory oversight, and ecosystem engagement for digital payment products. Ensures adherence to RBI regulations, NPCI guidelines, statutory requirements, and internal frameworks. Manages audits, regulatory submissions, governance forums, dashboards, policy documentation, and closure of compliance actions. Liaises with regulators, banks, financial institutions, and payment ecosystem participants while driving automation, AI-enabled compliance monitoring, analytics, operational excellence, and customer-centric initiatives.

Manage and grow strategic relationships with issuing and acquiring banks across NPCI digital payment products and RuPay credit cards. Own growth targets, go-to-market strategies, commercial deals, incentive programs, partner integrations, and portfolio expansion. Engage senior stakeholders, analyze performance data, resolve escalations, and collaborate with product, technology, operations, finance, and risk teams to deliver payment solutions and increase adoption.

Manage and continuously improve the organization’s Business Continuity Management System. Lead business impact analyses, risk assessments, continuity planning, testing, disaster recovery drill monitoring, crisis response, audit readiness, reporting, training, and stakeholder communications. Ensure alignment with ISO 22301, regulatory requirements, and organizational resilience objectives while tracking corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Owns end-to-end NACH product management, including requirements gathering, product conceptualization, process re-engineering, automation, development coordination, UAT, go-live, commercialization, governance, and continuous improvement. The role manages roadmaps, policies, KPIs, steering committees, stakeholder communications, and onboarding of banks, corporates, and government departments. It requires payments-domain knowledge, technical understanding of APIs and AI models, and collaboration with relationship managers and technology teams.

Own the business model, competitive proposition, roadmap, execution, and P&L for UPI cross-border remittances. Drive growth, product launches, operational processes, risk and fraud controls, compliance, testing, exception management, and continuous improvement while partnering with Technology, Legal, Finance, Sales, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
