Support product design and solutioning for UPI cross-border payment initiatives. Coordinate technology, internal engineering, operations, and project delivery teams; track tasks, SLAs, and API performance; provide project updates; participate in Scrum ceremonies; and monitor market trends to improve core payment products.
1. Product Designing & Solutioning, running and tracking of tasks related to delivery of payment product initiatives of UPI Cross Border
2. Managing Technology from product perspective around core payments products of UPI,
3. Co-ordination with Internal tech and project delivery teams
4. Regular internal updates on Key projects
5. Using Agile implementation tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Slack, etc. for managing task deliveries.
6. Using API performance tracking platforms like Kibana, etc. and SLA management with partners
7. Regular SCRUM standups with internal cross functional teams like IT, Operations, Project Delivery
8. Good understanding and benchmarking of existing and foreseeable trends to improve products
