Develop and execute AMINU’s social media content strategy across Reels, Stories, product videos, behind-the-scenes content, and creator-style formats. Own the social calendar, collaborate with copy and design teams, create raw content, and coordinate photographers, creators, studios, and production partners. The role focuses on building a distinctive brand presence through engaging storytelling and strong visual execution.

Develop and refine AMINU’s content strategy across channels by translating complex skincare and scientific concepts into clear, engaging communication. Build the brand’s evolving Content Brain, including voice, messaging, audience insights, prompts, examples, and channel guidelines. Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools to create, review, test, and improve content workflows while ensuring accuracy, relevance, quality, and brand alignment.

Own paid customer acquisition and revenue growth across Meta and Google Ads. Manage and scale ₹50 Lakhs-plus monthly budgets, optimize profitability metrics, build testing roadmaps, analyze funnels and attribution, and maintain tracking across Meta, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, checkout tools, and Shopify. Brief creative teams, resolve tracking discrepancies, produce actionable reports, and collaborate with creative, website, and product teams.

Engages consumers across WhatsApp, Instagram, and email; handles product, order, and skincare inquiries; identifies customer insights; creates copy and communications; builds CRM segments and journeys; supports WhatsApp, email, and SMS campaigns; conducts customer calls and basic consultations; analyzes conversion opportunities; trains AI communication bots; and contributes to upselling, retention, and campaign optimization.

Build and manage influencer relationships across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Responsibilities include creator identification, campaign execution, content coordination, performance tracking, contract negotiation, gifting, reporting, compliance, and strategy optimization. The role collaborates with brand, content, design, PR, performance marketing, finance, and legal teams to develop authentic creator campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Own and scale AMINU’s marketplace presence, especially on Nykaa, by improving search visibility, category placement, conversions, revenue, and ROI. Manage sale events and product launches while identifying marketplace growth opportunities. The role requires hands-on Nykaa experience, strong e-commerce or marketplace marketing expertise, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brand experience is preferred.

Supports intern recruitment, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, employee records, HR operations, HRMS updates, compliance coordination, internal communications, engagement activities, and process improvement.

Edit short-form videos, ads, performance creatives, and social media content. Create clean cuts, multiple A/B versions, and clear storytelling while meeting consistent delivery targets of 1–2 videos daily. Follow briefs, incorporate feedback, and collaborate with senior editors and the content team. The role emphasizes retention, clarity, conversion-focused editing, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.

Write engaging digital and offline brand copy, adapting tone and style across formats and campaigns. Collaborate with content and design teams, support brand storytelling, and refine copy based on campaign learnings. The role requires strong English communication, audience awareness, and 2–3 years of digital copywriting experience. It is fully in-office in Mumbai, Monday through Saturday, with an assignment-based hiring process.

Edit performance ads, Reels, social content, and occasional brand videos focused on retention, hold rate, engagement, and conversions. Develop strong hooks, clear messaging, pacing, and A/B versions; iterate quickly based on feedback and performance. Collaborate with content, design, and founders while independently managing delivery of approximately one high-quality video daily.
