Owns architectural coherence, roadmap direction, cross-product trade-offs, technical risk, platform debt, and engineering governance. Partners with product engineering leaders and architects to align applications and integrations with production needs, business priorities, and sustainable technology evolution. Represents Product Technology in executive and industry discussions.
