Execute end-to-end maritime and satellite communication service activations, resolve activation complaints, and provide multichannel B2B customer support. Coordinate with technical and billing teams on integrations, onboarding, and validation. Monitor satellite services operations, maintain documentation, manage escalations, and lead technical training and team development initiatives.

Coordinates sales activities, maintains CRM and customer records, prepares quotations and sales orders, manages purchase orders and vendor documentation, and maintains Excel-based MIS reports. The role will later transition into billing and accounting, supporting invoice preparation, billing documentation, accounting entries, and payment coordination. Requires strong English communication, basic accounting knowledge, attention to detail, follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Provides L2/L3 technical support for vessel IT, resolving escalated tickets, coordinating vendors, monitoring SLAs, managing incidents, and maintaining service continuity. Responsibilities include ticket oversight, customer communication, handovers, root-cause analysis, documentation, SOP development, major incident management, team training, and knowledge sharing. The role requires strong troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, analytical, communication, and mentoring skills in a rotational-shift environment.

Provide L1/L2 design, integration, configuration, troubleshooting and support for satellite communications (VSAT, L-band, LEO/MEO) across maritime, offshore and enterprise environments. Monitor terminals, remotely configure network devices, analyze RF and IP performance, support onboard installations, maintain ticketing documentation, escalate to OEMs, and participate in on-call rotation.

Monitor and manage CCTV systems and NVR/DVR infrastructure 24/7, diagnose and resolve first- and second-level CCTV and network issues, log and escalate incidents, coordinate field technicians, maintain asset inventory, run health checks and reports, and follow NOC SOPs and SLAs.

Provide L2/L3 technical support by resolving escalated tickets, coordinating third-party vendors, monitoring SLAs and aging tickets, conducting handovers, participating in major incident management and RCA, maintaining SOPs and documentation, and mentoring support teams to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.

Lead sales for maritime connectivity solutions by hunting new customers, managing key accounts, developing regional sales strategies, negotiating contracts, building a sales team, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver VSAT, satellite and vessel IT solutions across shipping, offshore and ports.

Manage post-delivery customer relationships for maritime satcom and managed IT services: onboard customers, monitor health and SLAs, own escalations, run QBRs, drive adoption, surface feedback to product, and identify upsell opportunities while coordinating across Sales, Support, Managed IT and Product teams.
