The Credit Manager will analyze risks for loan transactions, assess business viability, review financial strength, recommend credit actions, and lead projects to improve efficiency.

Manages financial institution and PSU relationships, drives portfolio growth and business sourcing, and supports structured transactions. Responsibilities include customer due diligence, credit line setup, transaction monitoring, regulatory compliance with RBI and SEBI guidelines, stakeholder coordination, audit resolution, disbursement oversight, portfolio reporting, and cross-selling banking products.

Supports trade and forex operations involving export, import, remittance, letters of credit, bank guarantees, and bill discounting. Reviews transaction documentation, verifies KYC, monitors regulatory compliance under FEMA, RBI, and ICC guidelines, processes EDPMS and IDPMS reporting, resolves customer discrepancies, tracks pending transactions, and maintains service, accuracy, and turnaround-time standards.

Supports treasury operations by verifying FX transactions, processing mult currency settlements, reconciling Nostro accounts, monitoring FX positions, and managing inward remittances. Prepares regulatory returns, coordinates with dealers and correspondent banks, investigates settlement exceptions, and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, risk frameworks, and audit standards.

Perform financial account reconciliations, monitor compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements, investigate reconciliation breaks and ageing items, coordinate with auditors, maintain audit documentation, support closure of control gaps, and prepare MIS reports on outstanding items.

Support financial control and governance through financial reporting controls, Internal Financial Controls testing, regulatory compliance, account monitoring, reconciliations, audit coordination, documentation, and closure of audit observations. The role also prepares Board notes, tracks corrective actions, strengthens system-based controls, and resolves outstanding account discrepancies with internal stakeholders and auditors.

Supports market risk management for treasury portfolios by monitoring exposures, limits, foreign exchange risk, VaR, stress testing, valuation, and portfolio performance. Prepares risk trackers, dashboards, management reports, regulatory submissions, and gap analysis. Verifies compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, escalates limit breaches, and contributes to risk framework improvements.

Lead origination, structuring, and execution of complex financing and project finance transactions across India. Manage deal lifecycles from client engagement and credit assessment through approvals, documentation, and closing. Develop financial models and credit memos, coordinate with Coverage, Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and DCM teams, and support syndication and investor outreach. Build sector expertise across infrastructure, education, healthcare, and logistics while mentoring junior colleagues and growing the structured finance portfolio.

Leads treasury technology and core banking operations across the bank, including CBS source-code management, business analysis, project implementation, UAT, quality assurance, vendor management, access controls, and end-of-period processing. Coordinates regulatory, AML, BCP, and centralization initiatives, formulates operating policies, manages technical support, and mentors teams. Oversees CBS configuration, branch changes, charge deductions, financial transaction monitoring, and automation using APIs and SOAP/XML web services.

Manage third-party financial products including insurance, mutual funds, e-broking, and demat services. Responsibilities include product development, partner management, channel enablement, training, sales support, benchmarking, performance reporting, commission reconciliation, revenue tracking, KPI management, business planning, and launching new product opportunities and partnership models.
