Supports treasury operations by verifying FX transactions, processing mult currency settlements, reconciling Nostro accounts, monitoring FX positions, and managing inward remittances. Prepares regulatory returns, coordinates with dealers and correspondent banks, investigates settlement exceptions, and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, risk frameworks, and audit standards.
- To support treasury operations through evaluation of treasury transactions, monitoring of operational risk indicators, assessment of control effectiveness and review of compliance with regulatory and internal risk frameworks.
- The role provides analytical inputs to support effective treasury operations, risk mitigation and operational decision-making.
- Verify and authorize FX Interbank deals including Cash, Tom, Spot, Forward, Swap, and FX Deposit transactions.
- Process and monitor FX payments and settlements across multiple currencies and counterparties.
- Ensure timely settlement of treasury transactions through CCIL and other settlement platforms.
- Perform Nostro account reconciliation and investigate exceptions for timely resolution.
- Monitor FX fund positions and support ALM-related operational activities.
- Oversee inward remittance processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Prepare and submit regulatory returns, including R-Returns and other Forex-related reports.
- Coordinate with treasury dealers, correspondent banks, and internal stakeholders for seamless transaction processing.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, operational controls, and audit requirements.
Experience: 2 - 5 Years
Qualification:
Graduation/Post Graduation: BCom / MCom / BCA
Certification: CA / ICWA / CFA
