Leads the credit administration checker function for SME and wholesale banking portfolios. Verifies credit, security, mortgage, and loan documentation; ensures compliance with sanction terms, pre-disbursement conditions, regulations, and internal policies; authorizes limit setup; manages post-disbursement requirements; mitigates operational and documentation risks; coordinates with legal and business teams; mentors staff; and improves processes, turnaround times, controls, and customer onboarding.

Execute brand and marketing initiatives focused on visibility, awareness, lead generation, activations, sponsorships, branch branding, and promotions. Coordinate agencies, vendors, creative production, regional teams, and stakeholder groups while managing social media and marketing technology tools. Prepare performance reports, process vendor invoices, and supervise and train two contractual resources supporting branch coordination, documentation, and payments.

Manage and grow the bank’s Debit Card and UPI products by developing value propositions, overseeing P&L, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance, reporting business metrics through dashboards, and partnering with sales teams to improve productivity.

Oversee productivity and performance of Circle Heads in RTFX, manage Forex throughput and income, develop partnerships, impart training, ensure compliance, drive campaigns, and improve market share in remittance banking.

Manages correspondent bank, financial institution, and foreign portfolio investor relationships. Oversees treasury and liquidity operations, inter-bank lending, limit utilization, and ALM/ALCO alignment. Performs counterparty credit assessments, monitors exposures, prepares credit notes, and identifies risks. Draft internal notes, reports and communications, monitor account risks, and work to improve TAT and operational efficiency.

Support Treasury mid-office MIS and reporting: prepare daily treasury tracker, value investments, run daily stress tests and VaR, monitor limits (daylight, forex, IGL/AGL), compile interest rate sensitivity/DSB returns, and upload GPB returns.

Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs and dealers to acquire customers, own and achieve annual targets, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet company business goals.

Support Relationship Manager/Senior RM in sourcing deals, credit underwriting, proposal writing, credit approvals on CAMs, loan delivery and documentation, client and portfolio management.

Lead and execute timely, risk-based branch surveillance and reviews across assigned geography.
