Support the Non-Resident (NR) channel across the Zone: drive NR business growth and NTB acquisition, assist end-to-end client onboarding, train branch staff, support portfolio management and forex cross-sell, maintain client relationships, and monitor portfolio quality metrics.

Lead and scale retail forex, trade services and remittances: set strategy, drive revenue and customer acquisition, build multi-channel distribution and partnerships, manage product lifecycle, pricing, digital solutions, profitability, and ensure compliance, controls, AML monitoring and audit readiness.

Manage audits and ensure regulatory compliance for liability products. Coordinate with stakeholders, support inspections, conduct compliance reviews, and maintain documentation.
