Leads presales strategy and a team of two Solution Engineers, owning technical win rates across demos, POCs, RFPs, tenders, and security responses. Standardizes demo content, governs POC outcomes, trains account executives, develops solution narratives and technical-commercial proposals, manages lead qualification and handoffs, and communicates product gaps to Product. The role requires enterprise presales experience, SaaS or LegalTech expertise, and familiarity with AI-search, LLM, and RAG products.
