Standardizes demo content, governs POC outcomes, trains account executives, develops solution narratives and technical-commercial proposals, manages lead qualification and handoffs, and communicates product gaps to Product. The role requires enterprise presales experience, SaaS or LegalTech expertise, and familiarity with AI-search, LLM, and RAG products.

Own technical win rate across all segments — including demo quality, POC outcomes, RFPs and security responses — while leading and developing a team of 2 Solution Engineers.
Key Responsibilities- Standardise the demo library and segment-specific demo scripts.
- Define POC success criteria and drive POCs through to a clear decision.
- Own RFP, tender-technical and security-questionnaire responses.
- Train AEs on product knowledge, competitive positioning and objection handling.
- Feed prioritised product gaps and customer feedback to Product with relevant deal context.
- Lead presales activities including lead qualification and product demonstrations.
- Assign qualified leads to the field sales team and coordinate with them through closure.
- Develop presentations, solution narratives, demonstration scenarios and technical-commercial proposals.
- Lead and mentor 2 Solution Engineers.
- 7–9 years of experience in presales / solution consulting.
- Experience in SaaS, LegalTech or AI-search products.
- 2+ years leading a small SE team.
- Experience demonstrating LLM / RAG-based research products is a strong plus.
- Law degree or CA qualification is an advantage.
- Must have owned enterprise RFPs and InfoSec responses.
- Ideal backgrounds include presales leadership in LegalTech, GRC or analytics SaaS, or practising lawyers/CAs who moved into solution consulting.
