Provide field activity support and operational governance for telecom work authorizations: handle technician/contractor calls, validate identities, verify and approve work orders per SOPs, log transactions in ACME or equivalent systems, maintain audit trails, and resolve standard operational queries while adhering to security and compliance standards.

Make outbound calls to customers with reported technical issues, diagnose problems, provide troubleshooting guidance, document interactions, escalate unresolved cases, and follow up on resolutions. The role requires strong communication, patience, problem-solving ability, technical aptitude, and familiarity with CRM and call center tools. Previous technical support or customer service experience is preferred.
