Oversees delivery governance, solution design, executive stakeholder management, and a distributed team spanning data engineering, modeling, BI, and automation. Partners with senior clients, manages escalations and steering committees, develops talent, and guides cloud, visualization, AI-enabled automation, and commercial analytics initiatives.

Creates and manages quotes for complex IT solutions, including servers, storage, networking, and software. Responsibilities include order creation and cancellation, billing and entitlement adjustments, re-quoting, invoice validation, collections support, and billing reconciliation. The role requires knowledge of Dell products, accurate execution of pricing and billing processes, customer requirement assessment, strong communication, and identifying process improvements.
