Process Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Python Team Lead with 8+ years of software development and leadership experience to oversee our enterprise Order Management system. In this role, you will architect robust solutions, mentor a team of developers, and drive the end-to-end delivery of complex workflow modules. 

Technology Stack: • Backend: Python, Django • Frontend: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap • Database: SQL Server 2018 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers in designing and maintaining modules for order creation, tracking, and full lifecycle management. • System Architecture: Architect scalable backend processes and database schemas (SQL Server 2018) for tracking employee attendance, active sessions, and detailed work activities. • Advanced User Management: Oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade user management systems, enforcing strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), team structuring, and permission configurations. • Reporting Strategy: Drive the technical strategy for comprehensive reporting and dashboarding modules, ensuring optimized performance for Excel data exports and system monitoring metrics. • Quality & Configuration: Establish coding standards and review processes. Oversee the configuration of miscellaneous master data, utilities, and high-level error tracking matrices to ensure system reliability. 

Good to Have: 

• Agentic AI Knowledge: Understanding of agentic AI concepts and frameworks (e.g., LLM agents, LangChain, AutoGPT) to explore opportunities for automating complex order workflows, intelligent decision-making, and enhancing system capabilities.
