Associate Process Manager

Job Role:

• Conduct and support ESG, SA8000, and ISO Certification Audits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and company standards.
• Develop and monitor Cost Metrics and prepare Cost MIS Reports for various expenses.
• Assist in Budget Preparation, Budget Monitoring, and Budget Analysis.
• Prepare and analyze Budget vs. Actual Reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform Cost Projections, profitability analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor and prepare Project Cash Flow Statements.
• Evaluate project and business performance through ROI (Return on Investment) Analysis.
• Present audit findings, financial insights, and management reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain audit documentation and track closure of audit observations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, MIS Reporting, Dashboards).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments.
• Ensure audit findings are documented accurately and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors during audit planning and execution.
• Track compliance status and follow up on closure of audit observations.

• Support management with periodic reports, dashboards, and audit insights.

  
  

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in ESG, SA8000, and ISO Audits.
• Strong knowledge of Budgeting, Cost Control, MIS Reporting, Cash Flow, and ROI Analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards, Data Analysis).

• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

  
  

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Audit, Compliance, Cost Management, and Financial Analysis.
