The HR Apprentice role involves on-the-job learning, gaining practical HR experience, and supporting HR operations as part of an apprenticeship program.

Provide independent QA of regulatory reporting by testing control design and operating effectiveness, conducting front-to-back transaction testing, drafting issues and remediation plans, and working with Finance, Product Control and operations to improve control environments and report accuracy.

Lead QA reviews of regulatory reporting to test control design and operating effectiveness, draft issues, validate remediation, and liaise with Finance, Product Control, Operations and business lines to ensure accuracy of regulatory filings.

Execute QA reviews of regulatory reports, test controls and transactions, document findings and root causes, work with data/tech/process owners to remediate issues, produce QA materials and reports, and support ad-hoc projects.

Own and execute regulatory reporting quality assurance reviews, test controls and transactions, document deficiencies and remediation, and support monitoring. Collaborate across finance and global teams to ensure accurate financial, regulatory and risk reporting and manage control assurance activities.

Provide legal, regulatory and transactional support to Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) businesses including structuring, documentation review, due diligence, portfolio management, template maintenance, external counsel liaison, risk identification, and training. Manage cross-border and complex financing, collateral and syndication matters, and assist litigation and product approval processes.

Conduct KYC onboarding and periodic reviews for private banking clients, perform document due diligence and name screening, assess risk categories and enhanced due diligence for high-risk clients, liaise with front office and Anti Financial Crime teams, and ensure regulatory compliance and timely case management.

The role involves creating marketing materials, pitching structured financing solutions, pricing analysis, and market monitoring to support clients in FX and rates risk management.

Support fixed-income sales desks by actioning trade lifecycle events, implementing process best practices, enabling client activation on trading platforms, investigating and resolving settlement issues, maintaining booking/workflow logs, and coordinating with Tech/Ops and sales stakeholders to improve efficiency.

As an apprentice, you will assist in daily financial tasks, including variance analysis, process improvements, and stakeholder management in a dynamic team environment.
