We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who will be hired as apprentices for a period of 12 months to learn, develop, and assist Deutsche Bank in our operations. The role is in the Global Securities Operation team which supports the local and offshore clients of GTB – Investor Services. This specialized role entails day to day trade processing/settlements/FX/Cash processing and Asset Servicing

Your key responsibilities
Trade and settlement Processing
Ensure timely and accurate processing and settlement of domestic and LGC trade activity along with regulatory reporting.
Ensure quality and quantity of processing is maintained as per the client SLA.
Ensure strict adherence to all internal and external process guidelines including compliance and legal.
Participate in operations requirement gathering discussions with technology and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
Ensure escalation are done in timely manner.
FX/Cash processing
Co-ordination with treasury department, client services, business, internal department, brokers and exchanges and handling BAU to process FX transactions of all clients.
To co-ordinate various activities of the team related to FX trade processing and regulatory reporting, confirmation of trades, settlements, pay-in & payout of securities, processing Remittance of Custody clients and cash processing.
FX settlement of all client trades in the market with correspondent banks. Ensuring client reports are delivered as per the SLA.
Ensure Compliance with various regulations applicable to Custody.
Manage relationship with various internal and external stakeholders viz Business team, legal, compliance, Regulators (RBI/SEBI/NSDL/CDSL), Stock Exchanges tech, vendors etc.
Asset servicing processing
Maintenance of various Static Data and Matrices along with capturing of Corporate Events related to Securities from various sources.
Ensuring timely reporting of Forthcoming Events and Entitlements to Clients.
Reconciling of income receipts, processing & intimating clients as per deadlines.
Voluntary and involuntary event processing including monitoring of Client instructions.
Co-ordination with Issuers/ Paying Agents / Trustees for confirmation of receivables, TDS amount deduction & timely receipts.
Processing of Proxy voting instructions (E voting) and related reporting.
Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to clients, regulators, and management.
Eligibility:
Open only to Indian citizens holding an Aadhar Card
2023 or 2024 class of Graduates from Commerce / Arts / business management (BA / BBA / BMS / B. Com, etc.)
Should have completed education and must possess all marksheets and degree completion certificates.
Should not have worked as apprentice or full-time employee / Contingent Worker in the past with any other organization.
Should not have / had a PF account.
Must have a Aadhar seeded individual bank account.
