Own new-business revenue targets, build enterprise pipelines, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and develop strategic relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, CFOs, procurement teams, brokers, insurers, and ecosystem partners. Drive consultative solution selling, negotiations, forecasting, account expansion, cross-selling, and market development, with particular emphasis on insurance-broker channel partnerships.
