Designs and governs end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including infrastructure, environments, licensing, security, performance, and governance. Creates technical documentation and solution blueprints, mentors development teams, reviews designs, resolves complex technical issues, and manages the platform roadmap. Requires extensive enterprise IT architecture experience and deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages, with additional experience in PowerShell or C# and Microsoft technologies preferred.

Manage PMO governance and support the full project lifecycle across cross-functional projects. Responsibilities include maintaining methodologies and templates, assisting with plans and risk registers, tracking budgets and KPIs, preparing reports and dashboards, coordinating governance meetings, facilitating stakeholder communication, ensuring reporting accuracy, supporting risk mitigation, and improving PMO processes.

Develops, tests, supports, and improves software and integrated hardware/software products. Diagnoses complex customer issues, resolves trouble tickets, manages controlled software and hardware releases, plans technical requirements, and oversees product change documentation.
