Owns Equifax India's core data and decisioning platforms, including API gateways, developer portals, tokenization, entity resolution, and orchestration systems. Defines platform roadmaps, KPIs, security, scalability, governance, and compliance strategies while adapting global capabilities for the Indian market. Partners with engineering, architecture, security, data science, product, business, and global stakeholders to execute releases, manage dependencies, support product launches, and enable local teams.

Supports the product lifecycle for credit bureau and data solutions by gathering requirements, creating user stories and functional specifications, defining workflows, supporting prioritization, UAT, release management, and monitoring product performance. Collaborates with engineering, analytics, compliance, legal, operations, sales, and client teams to ensure compliant execution, resolve issues, develop product materials, and identify enhancement and commercial growth opportunities.
