Develop and curate engaging multimedia content for the A App, including story outlines, scripts, video edits, and editorial materials. Prepare audit reports with root-cause analysis, maintain documentation and audit trails, collaborate with department heads to improve workflows, and monitor whether feedback leads to performance improvements.

Supervise regional field operations and survey projects by planning schedules, coordinating field teams with head office, managing people and project assets, resolving operational issues, and ensuring timely execution. Equip, onboard, train, coach, and monitor field surveyors; publish reports, alerts, and dashboards; control costs and timelines; identify process gaps; implement improvements; and track market trends to support new feature development.
