Manage warehouse infrastructure, 3PL partner selection, vendor onboarding, contracts, sourcing, audits, and performance compliance. Oversee warehouse construction, layouts, equipment installation, procurement, cost analysis, and savings initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to align infrastructure and sourcing plans with business objectives while ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate warehousing, distribution, transportation, customer service, and full order-cycle logistics across multiple warehouses.
