Manage end-to-end recruitment, including workforce requirement coordination, candidate sourcing, assessments, interview scheduling, offers, background checks, and health checks. Oversee onboarding, induction, appointment documentation, employee records, system access, and recruitment MIS. Manage exit clearances, access closures, exit records, and feedback analysis while coordinating with hiring managers, candidates, and internal support teams.

Lead the strategic positioning, exhibitor curation, international buyer acquisition, relationship management, premium show experience, global marketing, and execution of the IGJS high jewellery exhibition. The role will build the show’s luxury brand identity, curate elite exhibitors, attract global buyers, manage influential industry relationships, oversee boutique event formats and hospitality standards, and lead a dedicated cross-functional team. Candidates need extensive experience in international exhibitions, luxury brand management, curated B2B platforms, and global jewellery markets.
