Supports growth of a board advisory and executive search practice through business development, client proposals, governance thought leadership, talent and industry mapping, market intelligence, and senior board hiring. The role develops client-ready research, content, tools, and insights while engaging corporates, founders, investors, and senior stakeholders.

Build and manage client relationships, advise stakeholders, identify business development opportunities, conduct market research, and support account growth. The role includes client presentations, negotiations, outreach, proposal and pitch preparation, CRM management, pipeline reporting, meeting coordination, and collaboration with recruitment, research, marketing, and leadership teams. Travel is required for client meetings and events.
