Manage a virtual banking portfolio of SME clients by providing personalized financial advisory, analyzing portfolios, recommending investment strategies, collaborating for onboarding and service delivery, monitoring performance, resolving client inquiries, and contributing to virtual banking initiatives.

Manage and monitor the bank's Operational Risk Management framework across business and support units, focusing on third‑party/outsourcing risk and business continuity. Oversee ORMS modules, support risk metrics (Risk Events, CSA, KRI), lead audits and regulatory compliance, liaise with control partners, and contribute to risk management improvements using data analytics.

Acquire, engage and grow high-net-worth Treasures clients (TRV ≥ INR 30 lakhs), achieve volume and revenue targets, deepen wallet share via cross-sell/up-sell, ensure portfolio reviews with specialists, deliver exemplary customer service and maintain regulatory and internal compliance.
