Build journalist relationships, amplify research/CIO insights, manage external agencies, support award entries and annual reporting, and use media monitoring, analytics and AI to measure and amplify coverage.

Provide credit support and approvals for SME segment, evaluate lending proposals (including bank-statement analysis), implement credit policy and controls, monitor portfolios and delinquency, ensure compliance with RBI/MAS and internal policies, and maintain turnaround time benchmarks.
