Associate, Specialist, Application Support Engineer, Technology and Operations

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into scalable solutions, perform hands-on Python and SQL development, review code, enforce best practices, and manage project timelines and deliverables.

In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Purpose
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience who can lead end-to-end development projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and mentor a team of developers. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
