Lead regional mortgage credit approval and underwriting: recommend/approve credit per policy and DOA, manage underwriting team, frame lending policies and workflows, ensure zero delinquencies and audit compliance, apply RBI/MAS regulations and Indian legal framework, and provide guidance to mortgage counselors.

Manage credit documentation and related controls for corporate clients: ensure documents reflect credit conditions, liaise with Credit/BU/Legal/vendors, track monitoring conditions, maintain custody and verification of security papers, drive process improvements, and supervise a small team.
