Partner with HR leadership to drive HR operations, analytics, scorecard management, and GenAI initiatives. Build dashboards and advanced reports, translate data into persuasive insights, manage stakeholder communications, and support PMO-led HR transformation and employee experience programs.

Provide credit support and approvals for SME lending, evaluate lending proposals using financial statement and bank-statement/GST analysis, ensure compliance with RBI/MAS and internal credit policy, monitor portfolios and delinquency, and maintain turnaround time and credit controls to manage portfolio NPLs.

Lead money mule detection and prevention within the bank by developing SOPs, automation, analytical models, and real-time monitoring; investigate alerts, escalate to regulators, train stakeholders, and collaborate across AML/KYC, fraud, operations, and business units to reduce mule typologies and ensure regulatory compliance.
