Investigate and mitigate money mule activity by analyzing transactions and customer profiles, conducting thorough AML investigations, collaborating with compliance/legal teams, maintaining records, developing detection controls, and supporting training and industry engagement. Shift work (24/7) may be required.

Act as trusted HR advisor to assigned business: drive employee engagement, performance management, talent management, compensation processes, grievance resolution, HR metrics analysis, and partner with CoEs to implement HR solutions and change initiatives.

Lead compliance risk assessment and develop risk‑oriented testing plans. Conduct thematic and periodic compliance reviews, monitor treasury activities, support regulatory inspections, draft policies, track remediation actions, and engage stakeholders to strengthen the control environment.
