Lead governance for the Expected Credit Loss framework within the Risk Management Group. Establish oversight committees, terms of reference, standard operating procedures, and governance controls. Coordinate quarterly macroeconomic variable refreshes, oversee ECL-related audits, engage auditors and regulators, and ensure compliance with RBI, Basel, and group policies. The role requires extensive risk management experience, strong committee governance capabilities, knowledge of banking products, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Monitor and analyze fraud transaction-surveillance alerts, determine appropriate dispositions, and support regulatory reporting such as FMR and CPFIR. Collaborate with operations, business, compliance, legal, audit, and other stakeholders on fraud-related matters. Maintain watch and caution lists, prepare MIS and trend analyses, advise business units on fraud and scam risks, support thematic studies, and contribute to fraud-monitoring automation and process improvements.

Coordinate RBI inspections and regulatory requests, identify responsible stakeholders, track remediation actions, escalate delays, and ensure timely closure with documented evidence. Prepare management updates, dashboards, and governance forum materials. Oversee daily operations and continuous improvement of the regulatory compliance tracking tool and circular tracking processes. Support the compliance head and advisory teams while ensuring alignment across business, risk, operations, and other functions.
