Provide executive assistant and secretariat support to the department head: manage travel and visitor logistics, schedule and organize meetings, capture minutes and follow up on actionables, maintain records and MIS reports, support compliance document centralization, coordinate onboarding and training, manage expenses and inventory, and assist with CSR and departmental administrative tasks.

Acquire and grow a diversified SME portfolio (IBG4), source new-to-bank asset relationships, cross-sell cash, trade, treasury and fee products, achieve revenue targets, monitor portfolio health and delinquencies, ensure KYC/AML and credit policy compliance, liaison with risk and operations, and build local market presence.

Lead and manage access management for applications and infrastructure, handle provisioning/deprovisioning, maintain user accounts and access control matrices for banking applications, support audits and regulatory compliance, coordinate reviews, document processes, and manage BAU operations and team escalations.
