The role requires SQL-based customer analysis, collaboration with analytics and technical teams, prioritization of business-critical work, and timely, error-free campaign delivery.

Leads strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, cost optimization, and vendor governance for technology infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, data centers, and IT services. Develops category strategies, negotiates pricing and SLAs, conducts reverse auctions, manages vendor risk and regulatory compliance, and oversees vendor performance, renewals, disputes, and rationalization. Partners with technology, finance, risk, information security, and legal stakeholders to improve procurement and procure-to-pay processes.

Provides L2 application and infrastructure support for project and production environments. Responsibilities include setting up UAT environments, managing CI/CD deployments, configuring enterprise applications, troubleshooting application, database, middleware, and infrastructure issues, monitoring system performance, conducting root cause analysis, and supporting incident and change management. The role collaborates with development, infrastructure, and business teams in complex enterprise or banking environments.
