Operate and support Kafka ecosystems (Cloudera/Confluent/open-source), manage Kafka/Zookeeper, capacity planning, performance tuning, security (Ranger, Kerberos, SSL), automation (Ansible, Jenkins, Git, Maven, Python, shell), monitoring, debugging, RCA, on-call coverage, create SOPs and operational manuals, and recommend service improvements.
