Job Summary:
Role Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Finance & Taxation, along with working experience in SAP MM Module and WMS (Warehouse Management System). The ideal candidate will support daily accounting activities, ensure accurate data entry, assist with tax compliance, and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in SAP.
- Manage purchase accounting, GRN, and invoice matching through SAP MM.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock reconciliation using WMS.
- Assist in preparing GST workings, TDS calculations, and return support.
- Maintain vendor ledgers, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation of accounts.
- Support month-end closing activities like accruals, provisions, and MIS reports.
- Monitor inward/outward material movement and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with taxation rules and company policies.
- Liaise with internal departments such as procurement, warehouse, and finance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 3 years +of experience in accounting.
- Working knowledge of SAP MM Module and WMS is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Finance & Taxation (GST, TDS).
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Reporting).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in inventory accounting or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of basic financial analysis and MIS reporting.
