Drive growth of the BBPS ecosystem by managing strategic fintech, payment aggregator, and enterprise partnerships. Responsibilities include onboarding partners, expanding networks, increasing transaction volumes and revenue, enabling adoption of payment solutions, co-creating products, governing partner relationships, identifying market opportunities, monitoring performance, and collaborating with Product, Banking, Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams.

Own end-to-end relationships with Cooperative Banks and Regional Rural Banks, driving account growth, performance, quality, and timely issue resolution. Support bank onboarding for NPCI products, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure regulatory, guideline, and audit compliance. Manage relationships with corporates, fintechs, merchants, and partners; support onboarding, integrations, operational readiness, and lifecycle management. Drive UPI and RuPay adoption, develop payment strategies, execute pilots, align stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance. Use payment ecosystem expertise, dashboards, data storytelling, AI tools, and automation to identify opportunities and design scalable solutions.

Manage non-regulatory compliance across ISO standards, PCI frameworks, ITGC, internal audits, and payment ecosystem requirements. Maintain audit calendars, coordinate audit lifecycle activities, collect and validate evidence, track compliance status, escalate risks, and drive closure of findings. Collaborate with stakeholders and support internal and external audits while developing expertise in the NPCI ecosystem, products, and circulars.

Lead the end-to-end development of UPI cross-border remittance products, including roadmap planning, competitive propositions, BRDs, operational processes, regulatory compliance, and project execution. Coordinate with technology, compliance, risk, operations, finance, and business teams to manage releases and UAT. Support audits, governance, fraud controls, process improvement, revenue growth, cost optimization, and customer experience enhancements.

Manage day-to-day UPI and RuPay clearing and settlement operations, including international partner payments. Monitor transaction performance, investigate declines, coordinate with banks, TPAPs, and partners, maintain payment systems, ensure regulatory compliance, develop analytics and reports, and optimize transaction, customer, and merchant acquisition.

Supports IT procurement for software development and staff augmentation engagements. Responsibilities include reviewing procurement requests, defining scopes, managing RFPs and vendor quotations, conducting technical and commercial evaluations, benchmarking prices, facilitating auctions, coordinating contracts and purchase orders, ensuring policy and audit compliance, tracking turnaround times, preparing reports, and managing vendor and internal stakeholder communication.

Independently manage technical implementation of UPI and card payment solutions for global clients and partners. Responsibilities include infrastructure assessment across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments; application and infrastructure security review; API testing, log analysis, and debugging; technical specification and API documentation; client communication; solution design explanation; and basic technical project management supporting cross-channel solutions and market rollouts.

Leads analytics for payment products including RuPay, UPI, Acceptance, and NETC. Builds governed data assets, dashboards, segmentation frameworks, propensity and attrition models, pricing analyses, and test-and-learn measurement. Translates portfolio insights into actions that improve growth, retention, profitability, offers, benefits, and customer engagement. Partners with product, growth, commercial, risk, issuer, and acquirer teams.
