Partner with product, commercial, risk, and analytics teams while establishing common metrics, data-quality standards, and reusable feature stores.

Develop and deploy machine learning, deep learning, graph AI, and generative AI systems for fraud detection, AML, transaction intelligence, and conversational applications. Responsibilities include feature engineering, model evaluation, GPU/CUDA optimization, RAG and LLM development, federated AI exploration, production deployment, scalable pipeline design, and monitoring. Own the roadmap and lifecycle for transit payment products, including RuPay On-the-Go. Identify market opportunities, define propositions, develop business cases, and drive launches and adoption. Coordinate with banks, transit operators, AFC providers, technology partners, certification, operations, risk, and business teams. Monitor performance, customer feedback, revenue, and adoption metrics while supporting business development, compliance, ecosystem enablement, and AI-based initiatives.

Leads IT renewal and office infrastructure procurement, including sourcing strategy, contract renewals, commercial evaluation, price benchmarking, approvals, delivery coordination, audits, legal contracting, stakeholder management, and policy compliance. Manages the renewal and office infrastructure sourcing team while ensuring timely procurement and minimizing business disruption.

Leads ecosystem partnerships for payments R&D by connecting internal engineers and product teams with OEMs, telcos, research labs, and academic institutions. Identifies technology synergies, translates technical discussions into project concepts, facilitates collaborative initiatives, scouts emerging trends, contributes to R&D roadmaps, and communicates project progress and commercial potential to technical and business stakeholders.
