Build and manage client relationships by understanding financial goals and delivering personalized financial planning, investment, and wealth management solutions. Advise clients on long-term financial decisions, analyze financial data, optimize plans, monitor market and regulatory developments, and represent Finnovate at industry events. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, financial education, and business development.

Manage and grow relationships with UHNI clients through personalized financial advisory, portfolio reviews, investment and insurance recommendations, client acquisition, and cross-selling. Conduct market and regulatory research, ensure SEBI compliance, coordinate transactions with back-office teams, maintain CRM records, achieve acquisition and revenue targets, and mentor junior advisors.

Manage the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, engagement, disciplinary matters, rewards and benefits, performance management, HR analytics, compliance, and organizational development. Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and people strategies while supporting employees across PAN India branches. The role requires approximately 60% travel and includes extensive stakeholder collaboration.

Conduct fundamental equity and sector research for PMS portfolios, build financial and valuation models, track earnings and corporate developments, prepare investment recommendations and reports, support Investment Committee materials, monitor portfolio holdings, benchmark companies, maintain research databases and dashboards, and ensure compliance with SEBI PMS guidelines. The role partners with portfolio managers, tracks industry and macroeconomic developments, participates in management and earnings calls, and supports investment decision-making for a PMS platform.
